Astronomy Engine 2.1.19, MIT. Target angular accuracy ±1 arcminute. Geocentric apparent coordinates, true equator/equinox of date; no topocentric lunar parallax or atmospheric refraction. Ten planets, 40 angular lines. Runtime does not use Swiss Ephemeris. Independent numerical fixtures: Swiss Ephemeris 2.10.03 / Moshier. Tested in Europe, North America, Australia and the Arctic.

Historical IANA tzdb via moment-timezone, including historical daylight saving time. Local times are round-tripped; folds require a choice and gaps are rejected. Unknown birth time does not produce precise angular lines or a paid city ranking.

Nearest point on the correct spherical half great-circle, Earth radius 6371.0088 km. ASC/DSC are curved on the map. MC/IC are opposing meridian halves. GeoJSON is sampled every 0.25° latitude and split at the date line. Distances are spherical, not ellipsoidal. No secondary line beyond 800 km is described as local support.

Conjunction, sextile, square, trine, opposition. Orbs: sextile 4°, otherwise 8° with a luminary and 6° for other planets. No applying/separating claim. Placidus cusps are solved numerically; explicit Whole Sign fallback at high latitudes or non-convergence. Planetary zodiac coordinates never change with relocation. Natal aspects modify the symbolic score by at most ±12%; houses contribute at most 10 points. These coefficients are interpretive choices, not physical laws.

Proximity = exp(−distance/250). For each goal the strongest line plus 20% of the next line are normalized to 0–100. The general mode combines the three strongest distinct supportive planets, weighted 45% / 35% / 20%, with Moon, Venus and Jupiter prioritized and the Sun used as a supporting vitality factor; candidate locations are clustered at 350 km, with three distinct countries in the first three results. Nearby cities with at least 100,000 inhabitants replace smaller settlements only when within 100 km and retaining at least 85% of the initial score; every city uses its own calculated coordinates. Up to 60 country representatives reserve international alternatives. Only 150 diverse candidates receive full house refinement. Final tables retain separate goal scores. Specific-city inspections show line/aspect scores before relocation bonuses. LLM text explains stored numbers; it does not generate them.
